It was great to see so many parents at our meeting this morning, thank you for taking the time to come.
The tournament starts at 10:30am. Could all helpers / volunteers please be at riverside for 10:00am where possible to help kick off with jobs to be done prior to the tournament start, Tea making, BBQ lighting etc. Please also bring along your items for our plate table before the tournament start. We are looking for parents to provide one or more plates of savoury food such as Sandwiches (Please keep these simple such as Ham, Cheese, Egg) , Sausage rolls, Pork pie’s etc and one or more plates of sweet items, Tray bake, Tablet, Cakes etc.
Many thanks to those who have volunteered your help at out tournament, without you it could never be the success that it is every year.
Please remember, we intend to have a social night for all parents on the 27th Nov, Idea’s for this you be greatly appreciated and can be sent by reply to this email or let me know next week. Idea’s so far are, Casino night and Slug race night, please keep them coming, times running out!
